Sustainable Architecture and Avant-garde Design in Porto

The city of Porto is gearing up to welcome the 2025 edition of +Concreta, a prominent event in the field of architectural finishes and interior design. This meeting is scheduled to take place at the Alfândega do Porto Congress Center on November 6th and 7th, under the theme “Less carbon, more innovation, more future”. The event is organized by Exponor – Feira Internacional do Porto, and it will bring together renowned Portuguese manufacturers and international architecture studios committed to sustainability and innovation.

The fair will focus on sustainable practices, highlighting strategies and products that encourage the reduction of natural resource exploitation, the production of durable materials, and the reuse of waste. Thus, +Concreta establishes itself as a space that prioritizes durability and circularity in the construction and design industry.

Exhibitors will include companies operating in various areas, such as cladding, flooring, electrical equipment, home automation, and other essential accessories for construction and interior design. This will be a unique opportunity for architects and designers to discover the latest trends in materials and technologies, fostering creative exchange with innovative suppliers.

Moreover, the event will offer a diverse program of activities, including thematic conferences and technical sessions organized by renowned architects. In this edition, French studios GENS and BAST stand out, who will share their insights on the integration of contemporary architecture into traditional contexts and the evolution of design methods, respectively.

In its first edition, +Concreta attracted more than 3,200 visitors, including over 220 international visitors from various countries, demonstrating the professional high profile of the event, which ranges from architects and engineers to designers and consultants. Exponor, the leading exhibition center and congress center in Portugal, has established itself as a benchmark in the organization of business events and international fairs, with the capacity to accommodate thousands of professionals and visitors from around the world.
