Approved the initial document for access to BME Scaleup by Nordeste Properties SOCIMI.

The Market and Listing Coordination Committee has announced that NORDESTE PROPERTIES SOCIMI has met the necessary requirements to join the BME Scaleup trading segment. This decision makes NORDESTE PROPERTIES the fourth company to register an Initial Access Document in this market of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME).

The Board of Directors of NORDESTE PROPERTIES has set the initial trading price of its shares at 12.60 euros each. This valuation, based on a report from an independent expert, places the total value of the company at 629.62 million euros. The company has VGM Advisory Partners as its Registered Advisor.

NORDESTE PROPERTIES SOCIMI, a real estate company, owns 13 properties in Spain, including 12 4 and 5-star hotels in various cities and a building in Valencia. All these hotels are leased to the company H Santos D, which operates under the brand Hoteles Santos and has extensive experience in hotel management.

The Initial Access Document to the Market for NORDESTE PROPERTIES is available on the BME Scaleup website, where all the details about the company and its business can be found.

BME Scaleup is a market oriented towards scaleups, companies with strong business models, in rapid growth phase for at least three years, with a minimum revenue of one million euros or an investment of at least that amount. In addition to scaleups, the market is also open to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), SOCIMIs, and family businesses looking to access capital markets for the first time.

Companies listed on BME Scaleup can benefit from increased transparency for investors, simplified listing requirements, access to funds for growth financing, and an enhancement in their prestige and visibility. Furthermore, listing on BME Scaleup allows for expanding the investor base, facilitating inorganic growth, and attracting and retaining talent more easily.

To list on this market, companies must be public limited companies, have a board of directors, be accompanied by a registered advisor, and publish their audited annual accounts. It is not necessary to have a liquidity provider or meet a minimum free float requirement.

Currently, BME Scaleup has 12 registered advisors, highlighting its ability to support companies in their listing and growth process in the capital market.
