Discover why Ara: History Untold stands out as a great strategy game.

Mike Nelson, editor of Xbox Wire, has shared interesting details about the features that make the game “Ara: History Untold” unique compared to other large-scale strategy titles. According to Nelson, elements such as crafting, simultaneous turns, and a varied selection of historical figures, both well-known and lesser-known, set this game apart from the rest.

“In a typical turn-based strategy game, players take turns sequentially – you can see what your opponent is planning and you are given the opportunity to counter that move and vice versa,” Nelson explains. “The difference with Ara is that it processes all those actions at once. This is what the team means when they talk about simultaneous turns; it is resolving each player’s turn simultaneously.”

The game will be released on September 24 for Steam and Windows PC, and will be available from day one with PC Game Pass. It can already be pre-ordered on both Steam and the Windows Store.
