Entrepreneurial Culture: The Voice of Entrepreneurs on Radio Intereconomía

In a world where visibility can determine the fate of a business, the program “Cultura Emprende” has become a fundamental pillar in Spanish broadcasting. Aired on Fridays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM on Radio Intereconomía, this space celebrates eight years on the air, committed to giving voice to entrepreneurs and professionals who strive daily to make their projects a reality, create jobs, and make an impact in their industries.

From its beginnings, “Cultura Emprende” has had a clear conviction: every project, regardless of its size, deserves to be heard. Behind every brand is a story, a person with a vision, and a team that wants to make a mark. Everyone, without exception, has the right to access media and share their experience.

Over these eight years, the program has given visibility to over 1,000 business initiatives, becoming an accessible platform that has allowed many of these stories, that would have otherwise remained in the shadows, to come to light. The work has been carried out with rigor, commitment, and a particular sensitivity towards the narratives behind each entrepreneurial idea.

The program’s team consists of three presenters: Alejandra Ron-Pedrique, a communication specialist in entrepreneurship with over two decades of experience in the business center sector; Ángel Calvo Mañas, a business mentor and expert in strategic marketing; and Víctor Delgado García, president of the Spanish Multisectoral Association of Microenterprises, who also brings over 20 years of experience. This trio brings a combination of experience, humanity, and a broad perspective on the business ecosystem, balancing practical information with inspiration in a close and dynamic format that continues to attract listeners.

“Cultura Emprende” is not just a radio program, but a true community where ideas flow and mistakes are celebrated as part of the learning process. Success is redefined as a collective effort, where both newcomers and those leading multinational corporations find a space to share their stories and evolution.

In a saturated media context, “Cultura Emprende” provides a valuable pause and a space for active listening. Here, the business perspective goes beyond cold numbers, focusing on values, emotions, and purposes. Entrepreneurship is much more than starting a business; it involves putting one’s life, savings, time, and hopes at stake for those embarking on this journey.

This program represents a voice that rises and tells entrepreneurs, “Here you are. What you are doing deserves to be told.”
