The company LACUNZA has recently introduced its latest innovation in heating systems: a modern high-capacity wood stove named MARTINA. This new device not only promises to efficiently heat homes, but also seeks to revolutionize the way a stove is used, offering a dual functionality by allowing for the heating of food on its polished cast iron plate, located on the top of the appliance.
Designed with high-quality materials, MARTINA combines a steel structure with a cast iron door, ensuring its durability and resistance. Inside, vermiculite and a stainless steel deflector are used, along with more vermiculite to further enhance its resistance. The stove is especially notable for its efficiency and usability, as its operation is simplified through a single control design that manages an innovative double combustion system. This mechanism efficiently utilizes the wood, reusing the gas generated in the first combustion to optimize consumption.
Among MARTINA’s cutting-edge features is the External Air Inlet technology, which allows it to capture combustion air from outside the home, making it ideal for homes with low energy consumption. Additionally, it incorporates the Extra Clean Glass system, designed to keep the glass clean for longer, thanks to an air inlet dedicated specifically for that purpose.
With a power output of 7 kW, the MARTINA stove can heat spaces of up to 160 m³ and is designed to accommodate logs up to 55 cm in length. Thanks to its 81% efficiency, this stove not only significantly reduces wood consumption, but also presents itself as an eco-friendly option due to its low emissions.
The success of MARTINA has led LACUNZA to develop a variant called MARTINA L, which includes a wood storage drawer and benefits from an additional 20 cm in height, retaining all the advanced features of the initial model. The arrival of MARTINA in the market represents an efficient and versatile solution for those who want to heat their homes in a sustainable and economical way, standing out in a context where energy efficiency is increasingly a priority.
