JHG Domus SOCIMI will join BME Scaleup on March 13th.

The company JHG Domus SOCIMI has announced its entry into the growth markets of BME, by joining BME Scaleup on March 13. This event marks a milestone in its trajectory, as the company becomes the fourth to join this market segment so far this year. The initial valuation of JHG Domus has been set at 6 million euros, establishing a reference price of 1 euro per share, which corresponds to the agreed price during its incorporation.

The Board of Directors of BME Scaleup has approved this incorporation after conducting a thorough analysis of all the documentation presented by the company. Once the process is completed, the shares of JHG Domus can be traded under the code “SCDOM”. To carry out this process, the company has the advice of ARMABEX Asesores Registrados, a member of the ARMANEXT Group.

In its early stages, JHG Domus intends to expand its portfolio of assets, already committed to the acquisition of three properties in Madrid through a contract of earnest money. For those interested in learning more about the company, its Initial Market Access Document (DIAM) will be available on the BME Scaleup website, where relevant information about its business and operations can be accessed.

BME Scaleup, as well as BME Growth, are part of BME’s growth markets, designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2024, these markets have already received 23 new incorporations and have more than 150 admitted companies. BME Growth focuses on small cap companies, especially in the technology sector, facilitating their financing and access to a broad base of investors. Meanwhile, BME Scaleup targets scaleups and other types of companies, such as SOCIMIs and SMEs, adjusting their inclusion requirements to offer greater transparency to investors.
