MailTecK, one of the most prominent companies in the MailComms Group, has announced the addition of Duarte Conceição to its Board of Directors. This move is part of the group’s strategic effort to strengthen its focus on technological innovation and expand its international presence.
Duarte Conceição, current CEO of Contisystems, brings over two decades of experience in business leadership and the technology sector. He has held key roles, such as CTO and CEO, in various organizations, and his career has been characterized by a notable interest in digital transformation and process optimization. Throughout his career, Conceição has led significant projects for major financial institutions in Portugal and has been instrumental in the development of Contisystems, which joined the MailComms Group in 2023.
MailTecK CEO, Javier Echebarría, expressed his satisfaction with Conceição’s arrival on the Board. Echebarría highlighted that his strategic vision and experience in innovation will be crucial for the continued growth of the MailComms Group. Duarte Conceição, on the other hand, expressed his enthusiasm in joining the team, reaffirming his commitment to collaborating in the group’s development and ongoing digital transformation.

The conglomerate is composed of four companies that solidify its leadership in technology applied to communication and business automation in the Iberian Peninsula.
Among the entities that are part of the group are MailTecK, focused on personalized graphic communications and direct marketing; Customer Comms, which assists companies in their omnichannel communication strategies; Contisystems, specialized in personalized communication and integration in payment methods, and UnifiedComms, known for its consultancy in the Salesforce ecosystem. The recent inclusion of Contisystems has allowed the doubling of the group’s production capabilities, in addition to boosting its international strategy.
