Nutanix has announced that OPPLUS, a leading consulting firm specializing in business process optimization, has decided to adopt its hyperconvergence technology to improve its technological infrastructure. This change aims not only to optimize the company’s operational efficiency, but also to respond quickly to market demands and those of its clients.
With over 17 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, OPPLUS stands out in process reengineering both in front office and back office, as well as integrating data analysis as a crucial component in its strategic decisions. Faced with the need to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, the company recognized the imperative demand for a strong and flexible technological infrastructure to support its main management tool.
The challenge for OPPLUS included identifying a solution that provided high scalability and efficiency, freeing up its technical team from routine tasks and allowing them to focus on more strategic aspects. The new infrastructure also needed to be able to handle rapid updates and effectively manage peak loads.
To address these requirements, OPPLUS initiated the Nexa project, which is based on an advanced operations management platform. The implementation of this project was carried out in a record time of six months, achieving a smooth transition without significant interruptions in its daily operations.
The results of this change are already evident. OPPLUS’s internal teams have experienced a noticeable decrease in repetitive tasks, in addition to having strong support for their data-driven model, which allows their managers access to automatic reports and a comprehensive view of their operations. This transformation translates into a more efficient and reliable service for their clients, who now enjoy faster response times and an improved experience.
Antonio Carvajal, CIO of OPPLUS, stated that the main objective was to focus on the business, so they required an agile and scalable system. “We were looking for an infrastructure capable of managing all our operational workload in a robust and reliable manner, and that is exactly what Nutanix provided us,” Carvajal affirmed.
Jorge Vázquez, General Manager of Nutanix Iberia, highlighted the trust that OPPLUS has placed in their technology, demonstrating the value it brings to dynamic sectors such as BPO. Vázquez emphasized agility, simplicity, scalability, and efficiency as essential aspects in the current environment.
