The Board of Directors of BME Scaleup has given the green light to the incorporation of the company ORES GERMANY next Monday, July 22, after carefully analyzing all the documentation presented by the company and issuing a favorable evaluation report by the Market and Listings Coordination Committee.
The company, which will become the twelfth to join this recently created market, starts with an initial capitalization of 107.5 million euros. The reference price for the start of trading its shares has been set at 1,000 euros per share. The company will use the trading code “SCORE” and will have the support of VGM Advisory Partners as its Registered Advisor.
