Psychologist David Ramirez Presents Revolutionary Guide to Improve Self-Esteem: “Unconditional Love”

The psychologist David Ramírez, originally from Granada, is about to launch his latest work titled “Un amor sin límites. Los pilares de una sana autoestima, un buen autoconcepto y la estabilidad emocional” (A love without limits. The pillars of a healthy self-esteem, a good self-concept, and emotional stability). This highly anticipated book will be presented on November 15 at the auditorium of the Colegio Teresianas in Pamplona. Based in Navarra since 2014, Ramírez has captured the public’s attention for his innovative approach to exploring personality and self-esteem from neuropsychological, sociological, and spiritual perspectives.

In his book, Ramírez highlights the importance of attachment during childhood as the foundation for developing a healthy personality. He argues that the lack of unconditional love in the early years of life can cause emotional wounds that affect stability in adulthood. The work delves deeply into the brain processes behind issues such as anxiety, depression, and addiction, and introduces spirituality as a tool to overcome cognitive distortions and promote a robust self-concept.

Ramírez, who also directs PsicoSalud Pamplona, a specialized clinic for clinical disorders and couples therapy, emphasizes that self-awareness and unconditional love are essential for human existence. “In today’s world, we tend to seek external approval, but what is truly important is to feel valued for who we are and not for what we do,” he asserts.

The presentation event will feature prominent academics and spiritual leaders, including the Dean of Psychology at the University of Granada, Ignacio Morón, pediatrician Reyes López de Mesa, and priest and philosopher Ion Perea. Sales of the book on its launch day will be entirely allocated to charitable causes, such as providing psychological care for low-income individuals through the PsicoSalud Pamplona Foundation and assisting areas affected by DANA in Valencia through the Enrique de Ossó Foundation.

With over 400 copies reserved and more than 200 confirmed attendees for the presentation, “Un amor sin límites” is shaping up to be an invaluable resource not only for mental health professionals but also for anyone interested in improving their emotional well-being.
