Resydenza Socimi joins BME Scaleup on May 10th.

The BME Scaleup Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of RESYDENZA SOCIMI on Friday, May 10th. This decision was made after a thorough analysis of the documentation presented by the company and the receipt of a favorable evaluation report from the Market and Listing Coordination Committee. With this integration, RESYDENZA SOCIMI becomes the third company to join this innovative BME market, starting with a valuation of 4.3 million euros.

The Board of Directors of RESYDENZA SOCIMI has set an initial price of 0.87 euros per share. This amount has been determined according to a valuation report prepared by an independent expert, placing the total valuation of the company at 4.35 million euros. The company’s trading code will be “SCRES.”, and the appointed Registered Advisor for the company is PKF Attest Servicios Empresariales.

RESYDENZA SOCIMI is a subsidiary of Grupo Pryconsa, dedicated to creating a portfolio of properties under the rent-to-buy scheme. This innovative business model allows tenants to better plan their savings to access home ownership, particularly helping young people and other demographic segments facing difficulties in acquiring property.
