This agreement will result in the incorporation of 40,000 people into the sector each year, including both background actors and technical personnel. The merger of Modfie’s advanced technology for digital casting and selection management with Adecco’s extensive experience in hiring and legal compliance will enable film and television producers to access a comprehensive service. This will not only improve operational efficiency but also provide job security and a more enriching experience for those working in the audiovisual sector.
The alliance aims to cover more than 60 productions annually, and it is estimated to generate a business volume exceeding six million euros, consolidating an 8% market share in audiovisual services nationwide. The Modfie platform will facilitate the selection and management of artistic and technical profiles in real time, while Adecco will handle all labor and legal aspects, offering coordinated support throughout Spain.
