Among the most outstanding novelties are dishes that celebrate the essence of spring, such as French onion soup with caramelized puff pastry, marinated chicken thigh in provençal style with a mix of baked roots, and Orly cod with a mustard and maple sauce, accompanied by pickled onions and roasted potatoes. The menu also features a selection of weekly dishes that invite diners to experiment continuously.
