On August 14, 2025, Dr. Juan Pablo Horcajada, head of the Infectious Diseases Service at Hospital del Mar and coordinator of the Research Group on Infectious Pathology and Antimicrobials, was appointed as a new associate member of the Infectious Diseases section of the European Association of Urology (ESIU).
