Vital Renewal: From the Awakening of Spring to Physical Transformation

As spring approaches, LiberNovo has launched a new initiative aimed at rethinking the concept of smart workspace, focusing on the importance of movement and dynamic ergonomics. This approach seeks to improve the health and well-being of workers, breaking away from the traditional static posture that has dominated for decades.

Historically, office chair ergonomics have been based on the so-called “90-degree rule,” a model that has proven to be ineffective in today’s work demands. Recent research suggests that the real issue lies not just in sitting, but in the lack of movement. Static positions for long periods not only affect posture, but also compress the spine and limit circulation, contributing to overall fatigue.

LiberNovo argues that any “spring cleaning” of the workspace will be incomplete if the physical well-being of employees is not addressed. In this sense, they have introduced the LiberNovo Omni chair, an innovative design that promotes “dynamic ergonomics.” Unlike conventional office furniture that requires manual adjustments, the Omni chair adapts to the body’s micro movements in real time, thanks to its Bionic FlexFit backrest, which features 16 spherical joints and 8 tension plates, creating flexible support that adjusts to the user’s posture.

This season, LiberNovo also presents its Moss Green color version, an earthy tone that seeks to move away from the typical office gray, while applying biophilic design principles to reduce visual fatigue and create a more relaxing environment. The chair offers four modes of use, allowing for transitioning from intensive tasks to moments of rest and deep relaxation.

The founder of LiberNovo has pointed out that the industry has spent too much time teaching people to sit still without moving, and that movement is essential for maintaining energy. With the launch scheduled for mid-March, LiberNovo’s Spring Comfort Event invites all professionals to go beyond simple workspace organization, promoting a permanent improvement in employee health and concentration.
