With the return to activity after summer, Ambiseint, one of the leading companies in Scent Marketing and Professional Ambienting, announced its National Convention 2025 in Zaragoza. This event brought together its network of franchisees and was held under the slogan “Grow or Disappear,” focusing on establishing the strategic direction of the company with an emphasis on innovation, profitability, and quality.
During two days, attendees participated in various training sessions and had the opportunity to share experiences, as well as learn about new expansion plans and products that will soon be launched. The event was inaugurated by María Jesús Sariñena, mayor of Utebo, who highlighted Ambiseint’s deep connection to the Aragón region, where the company’s production headquarters is located.
Fernando Castillo, CEO of Ambiseint, delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging attendees to adopt a proactive attitude towards the future: “Today, we are not just here to celebrate what we are, but to decide what we want to become. This convention marks the beginning of a reevolution.” Castillo emphasized the need for growth to prevent a franchise from losing its strength, in addition to announcing the introduction of new product lines and marketing investment plans.
The event program included training on trend analysis and sales strategies, as well as the presentation of new corporate materials. The importance of multi-franchisees and those employees who have decided to open their own branches was also highlighted, underscoring the viability of the business model adopted by Ambiseint.
With an 11% growth and over 10 million euros in revenue expected for 2024, Ambiseint faces new challenges, such as expansion in northern Spain and the need to reinvest in each of its branches. Castillo emphasized that “it’s not enough to open the doors and wait; each franchise must be treated as a life project.”
The company has revolutionized sensory marketing through its fragrances, establishing itself as a leader in the sector while maintaining its core essence since its founding in Ibiza in 2004. It currently has over 105 branches and a total of 150,000 clients across three continents. “Ambiseint doesn’t compete with other brands, it competes with its best version,” concluded its CEO.
