Castilla Group Grows by 11% and Closes 2024 with 30.7 Million Euros

Grupo Castilla closed the year 2024 with a remarkable turnover of 30.7 million euros, representing an 11% growth. This result marks the eleventh consecutive year in which the company experiences double-digit expansion. The success is attributed to its innovative 360º Approach in people management and a significant migration of its services to the cloud, which has contributed to recording more than 19.2 million euros in new orders, as well as a 33% increase in sales.

During the last fiscal year, Grupo Castilla formalized 29 Human Capital Management (HCM) projects with various clients, including the Valencia Port Authority and Urban Buses of Valladolid. All these new implementations have been carried out under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, reflecting a clear trend towards cloud adoption. Currently, 45% of Grupo Castilla’s HCM clients are already operating in the cloud, a figure that is expected to exceed 60% by 2025.

In December, the group’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) exceeded 19.7 million euros, demonstrating the success of its recurring revenue model. In addition, 32,000 monthly payrolls were processed in its outsourcing division, supporting a wide portfolio of 3,800 clients.

Grupo Castilla’s CEO, Carles Castilla, highlighted the importance of surpassing 400 employees and achieving gender parity, a significant milestone in the sector. For the first half of 2025, the company plans to strengthen its Talent Services business with the addition of two new operations, which could increase the contribution of these lines of business and BPO to 30% of its total turnover.

The company is also in the process of integrating the ten subsidiaries acquired in the last three years, which will facilitate the development of synergies and help achieve its ambitious goal of reaching a turnover of 41 million euros by 2026. Additionally, Grupo Castilla had a notable presence at the Mobile World Congress 2025, where it reaffirmed its relationships with international partners and suppliers, consolidating the recognition of its 360º Approach in the market.
