The platform ‘Adecco Aquí Ahora’, created by the human resources company Adecco three years ago, has announced the availability of over 8,000 job vacancies in crucial sectors such as logistics, hospitality, and industry. This initiative is launched in a context of high demand, especially during the holiday season, which, despite its usual boom, presents challenges in finding qualified profiles.
In order to meet the growing need for labor, the program has adjusted its job offerings to align with the Black Friday campaign and the holidays. Opportunities are available in all autonomous communities of Spain and will be updated as the hiring process progresses.
The most sought-after positions include warehouse workers, waitstaff, cooks, and production operators. The logistics sector stands out with 40% of the vacancies, while hospitality and industry each account for 30% of the available offers.
The autonomous communities with the highest number of opportunities are Catalonia, Andalusia, the Community of Madrid, and the Valencian Community. The vacancies vary widely, including full-time, part-time, and diverse shift options, allowing candidates to find positions that fit their specific needs.
The requirements for different positions vary. In the hospitality sector, for example, previous experience and a proactive attitude are required. Applicants for roles such as waitstaff and cooks must possess knowledge of service and cooking, while production operators need to demonstrate adaptability and experience with machinery. Additionally, warehouse workers will need to handle loads and, in some cases, operate forklifts.
The program is designed to offer opportunities both to those who already have experience in the sector and to those seeking their first job placement. Interested individuals can check and apply through the Adecco website.
