The Latibex Forum, a key event for investors interested in Ibero-America, is celebrating its twenty-seventh edition with significant innovations. This year, the event will take on a hybrid format, combining online meetings with an in-person event at the Palacio de la Bolsa in Madrid. On November 18th and 19th, over 230 meetings will take place among more than 90 investors, over half of whom come from various international countries including France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal, and the United States. At the same time, about 50 companies from Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Panama, and Spain will be present.
The inauguration of the Ibero-American Investment Forum is scheduled for tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. and will feature the participation of Susana Sumelzo, Secretary of State for Ibero-America. The attendance of important figures in the financial sector is also expected, such as Juan Flames, CEO of BME; Luis Isasi, President of Santander Spain; and José Luis Rodríguez, partner at Cuatrecasas.
During the event, panels will address the current economic situation in the region and provide analysis on key factors for investing in Ibero-America. The participation of renowned financial and academic institutions, such as the Bank of Spain and IE University, will enrich the dialogue. Topics to be discussed will include investment flows between Ibero-America and Spain, as well as the necessary infrastructure to facilitate this process.
Santander stands out as the main sponsor of the forum, which also has the support of organizations such as Cuatrecasas, CFA Society Spain, and Morningstar.
