Access to BME Scaleup: New Document from Simply Solar

Simply Solar has taken a significant step in its business trajectory by registering an Initial Access Document to BME’s growth markets, becoming the sixth company to achieve this so far this year. This validation by the Market and Listings Coordination Committee confirms that Simply Solar meets all the necessary requirements for its incorporation into BME Scaleup, a space designed to facilitate access to funding for growing companies.

The Board of Directors of Simply Solar has set a price of 4.30 euros per share for the start of trading, giving the company a total value of 4,758,853 euros. Orbyn Capital Markets acts as the Registered Advisor for the company during this process.

Founded as a subsidiary of Praxia Energy, Simply Solar specializes in the engineering and construction of photovoltaic canopies that are installed in parking areas and communication antennas. Additionally, the company is dedicated to the development of energy communities, with a clear focus on innovation and accessibility of solar energy to the general public.

The Information Document detailing Simply Solar’s activities and relevant aspects of its operation is available on the BME Scaleup website, allowing investors and interested parties to access the necessary information for a better understanding of the project.

BME’s growth markets, including BME Growth and BME Scaleup, are specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. So far in 2024, these markets have incorporated 23 new companies, bringing the total number of companies admitted to trading to over 150. BME Growth provides smaller capitalization companies, especially in the technology sector, with a platform to finance their development through capital increases and access to a wide base of both national and international investors. Meanwhile, BME Scaleup is focused on scaleups, although it also admits SMEs and other types of businesses, providing flexibility in the incorporation requirements while ensuring the necessary transparency for investors.

With these initiatives, BME reinforces its commitment to providing a suitable market for every type of company, from those taking their first steps in capital markets to large corporations listed on the stock exchange.
