Aiudo Culmina 2024: Their Most Glorious Historic Year.

Aiudo, the company dedicated to providing home care, has closed the year 2024 with results that mark a milestone in its trajectory. In a recent report, the company revealed a significant growth in its revenue, reaching an increase of 20.5% compared to 2023. Additionally, its net profit has surged by 62%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the strategies adopted in the last 18 months, focused on resource optimization and reducing staff turnover.

Aiudo’s social commitment is highlighted in its III Social Impact Report. During this year, the company has assessed 4,249 job candidates and provided advice to 39,179 families. In terms of job creation, Aiudo has created 2,503 indirect jobs and formalized 2,395 permanent contracts. One of the most outstanding aspects is its work in the job placement of 1,206 people at risk of social exclusion, collaborating with 234 companies and providing free training to 309 caregivers. Throughout the year, the company has managed over 40 million euros in salaries, significantly contributing to the socioeconomic development of its community.

Daniel Ibiza, CEO of Aiudo, expressed that 2024 has been the best year in the company’s history, not only in terms of economic results, but also due to the maturity gained in the project and the technological innovations implemented. Ibiza highlighted that these advances have allowed caregivers to take on more responsibilities, improving collaboration with families and favoring synchronization among all parties involved. This approach, focused on both families and caregivers, has proven to be “ethical and effective,” even in challenging times, such as the holiday season.

Looking towards 2025, Aiudo has set as its main goals to improve the quality of its services and continue reducing staff turnover in the first half of the year. For the second half, the company anticipates making significant progress in innovation and technological development, with the intention of consolidating its leadership position in the home care sector.
