Alcume Center Expands Its Scholarship Program for Therapeutic Services to Individuals in Need.

The Alcume Center, in close collaboration with the Proyecto Persona Foundation and Caritas, has launched an innovative scholarship program aimed at those in need of therapeutic services and facing financial limitations. Since its inception, the Alcume Center has been distinguished by its commitment to merging cutting-edge therapies with a social mission, making high-quality treatments accessible through this scholarship system.

The main goal of this program is to ensure that those with fewer resources can access services that improve their quality of life, thus maintaining the mission of the Proyecto Persona Foundation, which has been working since 2011 to assist the most vulnerable sectors of society.

Specialized in neurological rehabilitation and psychological care, the Alcume Center offers a comprehensive approach that covers everything from neurological physiotherapy to early intervention and family support. The scholarship program is structured in three stages to ensure fair and thorough access.

First, an initial interview is conducted where the center’s therapeutic team, together with the beneficiaries and their families, personally assess specific needs to design personalized treatment plans. Then, cases are referred to Caritas Madrid for a socioeconomic analysis, which determines the financial assistance granted. Finally, with the defined economic support, beneficiaries can begin their treatment with fees tailored to their abilities.

Since its establishment, the Alcume Center has been an extension of the vision of the Proyecto Persona Foundation, focusing not only on immediate therapeutic needs but also on the personal and social development of the beneficiaries. Thanks to donations and the partnership with Caritas, the center continues to expand its services to those who need them most.

The scholarship program managed by the Proyecto Persona Foundation represents a bridge to inclusion and equal opportunities, ensuring that economic barriers do not limit access to essential treatments for well-being and personal development.
