Aplazame offers interest-free consumer financing for “Back to School” in September.

The initiative will be in effect between September 16 and 29 at 0% APR and is expected to reach more than 20 million users.

Aplazame, the instant financing solution at the point of sale of the digital bank WiZink, plans to launch a 0% APR financing campaign that will be valid between September 16 and 29 in the main online and physical stores adhered to its instant payment model at the point of sale.

The campaign is conceived as a joint action between Aplazame and the most important stores that make up its ecosystem, resulting in one of the most relevant coordinated financing operations carried out in Spain.

More than 20 top-level store chains from all sectors in which Aplazame is present with its deferred payment platform are expected to participate in the campaign, such as education, fashion, sports, travel, home, appliances, decoration, or musical instruments. Among the stores that have confirmed they are joining the initiative are Deporvillage, Rossellimac, Alfasoni, or LG.

Aplazame, which has titled the campaign with the name “Nothing de nothing”, referring to the casual way in Spain of expressing that something costs nothing, in this case the absence of interest in purchases, has decided to launch this action as a tool to alleviate the financial pressure that many families experience during the month of September with the “back to school” season, which involves facing additional expenses.

Aplazame expects to reach more than 20 million users with its 0% APR financing campaign during the 15 days it will be in effect, which will also have a direct impact on the activity of the associated stores.

Based on data collected from previous similar initiatives, participating stores have, on average, doubled the volume of financed sales, and in some specific cases of well-known distribution brands in the musical instruments or electronics sectors, this increase has skyrocketed to over 600% or even 1,000%.
