BME Scaleup Welcomes Better Consultants with Enthusiasm

BME Scaleup has inaugurated a new phase in its collaboration with Better Consultants, a firm dedicated to consulting and information technology services. The official presentation took place at an event called the Bell Ringing, held at the Barcelona Stock Exchange, where various personalities from the financial and business sectors gathered. The event was attended by the president of BME Scaleup, Ricard Flores, accompanied by Álvaro Castro, the director of primary markets at BME, and Eduardo Ansaldo, president of the Barcelona Stock Exchange.

Better Consultants made its debut as the third company this year in BME’s growth markets, starting its trading with a reference price of 4 euros per share, reflecting a total valuation of 8.17 million euros. Juan Flames, CEO of BME, emphasized the importance of new companies entering the capital markets, noting that this not only expands opportunities for investors but also provides companies with the chance to finance their growth and explore new development avenues. With this new addition, the total number of companies that have joined BME’s growth markets this year rises to four, and five if considering the total number of stock market debuts in the country.

In the process of its incorporation, Better Consultants received support from GVC Gaesco Valores as Registered Advisor and Agent Entity, as well as legal counsel from Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira. Founded in 1989 by a team of professionals with extensive experience in business management and technology, Better Consultants specializes in providing services to organizations that rely heavily on information systems across various sectors.
