BME Scaleup Welcomes Saint Croix Holding Immobilier

BME Scaleup has welcomed Saint Croix Holding Immobilier, which debuted in its growth markets on July 30 during a ceremony called the Bell Ringing at the Madrid Stock Exchange. Marco Colomer, the company’s president and CEO, led the event alongside Juan Flames, CEO of BME.

Saint Croix, which previously traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange since December 2011, becomes the ninth company to join BME this year. The stock began trading at €72, giving the company an approximate valuation of €320.5 million.

Juan Flames emphasized the importance of the reputation and visibility that Spanish capital markets provide to companies of various sizes and sectors. Since the beginning of the year, companies that have debuted in these markets have achieved a total capitalization close to €6 billion.

Saint Croix’s activities focus on managing a diverse real estate portfolio, which includes buildings for office use and higher education, as well as shopping centers, hotels, and a hospital. PKF Attest Business Services serves as their registered advisor, and their trading code is ‘SCHI’.
