Group Castilla, a leader in human resources solutions, has taken a significant step at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona by presenting its new e-learning platform, Clak!. This innovative tool stands out for its focus on gamification, transforming traditional learning into a creative and entertaining experience. Clak! courses are designed with game dynamics, specifically in a video format that encourages active employee participation.
The development of Clak! has been carried out by a team of training experts from Grupo Castilla’s Talent Services area, in synergy with a technical group that has effectively combined pedagogy and technology. Marisa Muñoz, the company’s Technology Director, highlighted that the platform is completely “responsive,” allowing for use on any device, as well as being customizable, making it easier for companies to integrate their specific training. Clak! also easily connects with the human talent management solutions offered by the company, although it can be implemented independently thanks to a wide library of integration with other platforms.
The emergence of Clak! responds to the growing demand for online training, driven by digitization, telecommuting, and the need to train teams in sectors such as retail and hospitality. Clak!’s catalog includes over 50 courses that are eligible for FUNDAE subsidies, covering topics such as soft skills, digital competencies, promotion of healthy habits, stress management, and compliance with current labor regulations, including gender equality, reporting channels, and prevention of occupational hazards.
Founded in 1979, Grupo Castilla has established itself as one of the most relevant companies in Spain in knowledge and software services for people management. With a unique comprehensive approach in the market, the company aims for an ambitious goal: to achieve a turnover of 41 million euros in 2026, operating with a team of 500 professionals. The company expects the new Clak! platform to generate a turnover of 3.7 million euros in the next five years, thus strengthening its commitment to training and talent development in organizations.
