Conversia: Best Places to Work in Spain 2025

Conversia, the legaltech company specialized in regulatory compliance, has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Spain, ranking eighth in the category of companies with 251 to 500 employees in the Best Workplaces Spain 2025 list, compiled by Great Place to Work. This achievement is particularly noteworthy as it is the first time the company has participated in this ranking, after receiving the Great Place to Work Spain (GPTW) certification in October of the previous year.

Conversia’s impressive Trust Index, which stands at 90% among its staff, highlights its position as one of the most highly valued organizations by its employees. Recent data shows that 94% of employees highlight the camaraderie in the company, while 91% trust the credibility of the leaders. These results suggest that nine out of ten workers experience a high level of trust in the company.

The Trust Index survey, used to assess employee satisfaction and perception, reveals impressive results. Ninety-eight percent of respondents say they felt welcomed when joining the company, and 95% say they can be authentic in their work environment. In various metrics analyzing credibility, respect, and fairness, Conversia surpasses the sector average by more than ten points.

The announcement of the ranking, in its 23rd edition, took place at an awards ceremony at Platea, Madrid. Conversia was represented by several members of its team, including Jordi Giménez, Chief Revenue Officer, and Sergi Puig, commercial director, who received the award. For this edition, Great Place to Work analyzed 452 companies and collected responses from over 425,342 employees using its Trust Index model and survey.

Alfonso Corral, CEO of Conversia, emphasizes that this recognition is the result of years of effort to create a work environment focused on people. “We are proud to be an open company, where communication flows horizontally and everyone has a voice. We aim for everyone to feel valued and be an active part of our growth,” he stated.

Jordi Giménez also highlights the importance of the team in the company’s success, stating that “it is our team that makes our company exceptional. We foster an environment of trust, inclusion, and development.” This approach, he assures, has a positive impact both internally in the organization and on the quality of services offered to clients.

Conversia’s strong commitment to the well-being of its employees and its solid organizational culture establish it as a benchmark in the Spanish labor market. Among its management strategies are the promotion of an environment that values employee initiatives, teambuilding activities to strengthen team cohesion, and a range of social benefits that include wellness programs, flexible compensation, and access to physiotherapy.
