DHL Freight Spain Joins the 4th ESO + Company Program as Part of Its CSR GoTeach.

DHL Freight has launched a student integration program at its facilities in Coslada, Madrid, where ten young people are joining the initiative 4th ESO + Company. This proposal, supported by the Community of Madrid, aims to connect the educational environment with the world of work, allowing students to familiarize themselves with the internal functioning of an organization and participate in real professional activities.

The young people will have the opportunity to spend four days in different departments, including Human Resources, Marketing, BPM, and Finance. This experience will offer them a global view of how a multinational operates, contributing not only to their personal and professional development but also bringing new ideas and energy to the company.

Isabel Dias, Director of Human Resources at DHL Freight, has emphasized the need to link the educational system with the business world. She has highlighted how this experience allows participants to learn more about the different areas of the company and the opportunities that could arise in their professional path.

Rosa Martínez, Director of Marketing, Communication, and CSR, has expressed DHL Freight’s pride in getting involved in these community initiatives, emphasizing the corporate social responsibility of companies to generate a positive impact in their environment. Participation in the program is part of the CSR actions of GoTeach, whose objective is to improve job opportunities for young people, especially those at risk of social exclusion, by providing them with the necessary skills for their integration into the labor market.

With these initiatives, DHL Freight reaffirms its commitment to education and professional development, establishing itself as a reference point in preparing future generations for the labor market.
