Discover Innovation: Schaeffler Presents More Products and Expertise at the Hannover Messe

The company Schaeffler, internationally recognized as the Motion Technology Company, is preparing to make its debut at the industrial trade fair Hannover Messe 2025, which will take place from March 31 to April 4. This event is seen as a key platform to showcase its expanded product portfolio, which will include, for the first time in Germany, the innovations that have emerged following the integration of Vitesco Technologies, a process that was completed in October 2024.

The CEO of Schaeffler AG, Klaus Rosenfeld, has emphasized the importance of this fair, considering it the perfect stage to demonstrate the company’s evolution towards a technological organization that integrates various dimensions of motion. At its booth, the company will present eight different “product families,” the direct result of the merger, encompassing everything from drive technology to sustainable solutions and energy generation.

Among the most prominent innovations is the XZU angular contact needle roller bearing, specifically designed for lightweight and collaborative construction robots, which has been nominated for the prestigious Hermes Award due to its exceptional characteristics. Additionally, the TorqueSense sensor will be presented, a device that measures torque in industrial systems with high precision and contactlessly, facilitating monitoring and control in agricultural and construction machinery.

Schaeffler is also focusing its strategy on the development of technologies for humanoid robots, an area it considers a natural advancement in the field of robotics. The company has positioned itself as a key player in this emerging sector, offering bearings, components for gearboxes, sensors, actuators, and electric motors. Uwe Wagner, CTO of Schaeffler AG, has emphasized the company’s commitment to developing products that optimize motion, making it smarter, cleaner, and safer.

As part of its participation in the Hannover Messe, Schaeffler will have a main booth in Hall 5, stand number D18, as well as a second booth in Hall 13, focusing on solutions related to the production and use of hydrogen. The company has also scheduled a press conference to be held on March 31 at 11:30 am at its booth, where additional details about its innovations and future strategies are expected to be shared.
