This recognition is awarded by the prestigious entity Whitelane Research in collaboration with Eraneos, reaffirming DXC’s leadership position in the technology sector in Spain and across Europe. This is the sixth consecutive year that the company has stood out in this report, solidifying its position as an undisputed leader in the technology field.
The 2024 study highlights DXC’s excellence in various key areas, placing it in a privileged position among 29 market competitors. The scores the company has achieved are outstanding: 85% overall customer satisfaction, 86% in digital transformation, and the same figure in application services. In addition, DXC has reached 88% in account management and 83% in service delivery quality, reflecting its commitment to delivering effective and high-quality solutions.
The recognition was applauded by Alfonso García Muriel, President of DXC Technology in Spain and Portugal, who expressed his satisfaction and pride in this achievement, highlighting the strong trust relationship they have cultivated with their clients both nationally and internationally. “Being recognized for the sixth consecutive year as undisputed leaders in customer satisfaction is an achievement that reflects our continuous commitment to offering innovative and high-quality solutions,” said García Muriel.
