To combat this problem, Eventim has developed various security processes, among which Entrada.Pass stands out.
Entrada.Pass allows for thorough monitoring of all activities related to the ticket, ensuring a high level of security. Users can download this digital ticket through the entradas.com mobile app, where the QR code necessary for access is only displayed shortly before the event. This functionality ensures that fraudulent tickets are virtually impossible.
Eventim had already launched this technology under the name EVENTIM.Pass in Germany and Brazil, at events as significant as Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran concerts in Germany, as well as others in Brazil, including Cirque du Soleil and Mariah Carey.
Entrada.Pass also facilitates ethical and secure resale of tickets through fanSALE, Eventim’s official resale platform. Tickets can be shared between users or resold with total security, and can be invalidated if necessary. Additionally, the buyer and current holder of an Entrada.Pass are always registered and can receive event notifications through the app or email.
