EXTE strengthens its team with the addition of Oscar Báez as Sales Manager.

Oscar Báez takes on the role of Sales Manager at EXTE, the leading AdTech company in Spain. With over a decade of experience in media agencies, Báez specializes in Digital and Strategic Advertising for advertisers. This move is part of EXTE’s plan to strengthen its leadership and accelerate its international growth.

In his new position, Báez will have the mission of consolidating the company’s service offerings and leading commercial strategies. This hiring comes at a crucial moment, as advertising investment tends to increase due to key consumption dates in the last quarter of the year.

Báez previously worked at Maxus Spain (GroupM) as Digital Trading Executive, managing negotiations in the digital medium, product analysis, and market costs, and investment and planning strategies. More recently, he was Senior Digital Trading at Wavemaker (GroupM), a position he held since 2018.
