Fagor Electronics has just announced the acquisition of Sateliun’s telematics business, a Galician company with over 20 years of experience in the transportation and logistics sector. With this purchase, Fagor Electronics strengthens its position as one of the main fleet management service providers in Spain.
Sateliun, which has over 400 top-level clients, joins Fagor Electronics along with its entire team. Marcos Sánchez, business director of Fagor Electronics, expressed his satisfaction with the integration, ensuring that “we have taken care of the integration process of Sateliun’s clients and are committed to maintaining the quality and excellent service that Sateliun’s clients currently enjoy.” Sánchez also highlighted that Sateliun’s clients will keep their usual contacts, which has been a priority in the acquisition process.
