The company Fersay, renowned for its specialization in the distribution of spare parts and accessories for household appliances and comfort products, has announced that during the upcoming month of December and even after the Epiphany festivities, it will maintain its usual customer service and order reception services. This announcement highlights the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction during a time of high demand.
To ensure its operation during the holiday season, Fersay will maintain its regular hours until 7:45 pm, and has implemented special hours on key days such as December 24th and 31st, during which it will provide service until 12:00 pm. With these measures, the company aims to offer continuous support to both end customers and specialized technicians, maximizing support during one of the busiest times of the year.
The announcement comes shortly after Fersay celebrated the success of its recent Black Friday campaign, during which the company saw a significant increase in sales of household products. Small kitchen appliances were particularly in demand, standing out for their functionality and competitive prices. This trend reflects the growing interest of the public in quality products that make daily life easier.
In addition to these small appliances, there was also a notable demand for spare parts and accessories, such as refrigerator drawers and dishwasher baskets, which offer efficient solutions to extend the lifespan of household appliances. In its effort to expand its offering, Fersay has also incorporated technology and comfort products, establishing itself as a comprehensive home supplier.
Fersay, which has more than 45 employees, has sold over 1,300,000 home solutions in the past year, achieving a turnover of over 9 million euros. The company carries out over 600 national and international shipments daily, distributing to around 5,500 technicians and end consumers in 37 countries, with a strong presence in France and Portugal. Additionally, Fersay owns 9 franchised stores and 75 points of sale in the Iberian Peninsula.
