In the tenth edition of the Audicrea Challenge, the ten teams competing in the grand final scheduled for June 21 in Madrid have been announced. This competition, driven by Audi, has seen the participation of 592 teams and over 1,776 students from Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Baccalaureate, and Intermediate Vocational Training from various autonomous communities such as Andalusia, Catalonia, Mallorca, Madrid, and Valencia.
The selected projects focus on social innovation and address crucial issues such as preventing alcohol consumption among young people, promoting sustainable tourism, improving mental health, assisting those with limited resources, and ensuring digital inclusion for older adults. Additionally, they propose sustainable solutions for generating clean energy in urban environments, each designed to contribute to the well-being of individuals and their surroundings.
During the final, the teams will present their proposals to a jury comprised of professionals from the business and social sectors. This jury will evaluate the initiatives considering aspects such as creativity, originality, feasibility, social impact, and communication skills. The winning project will be awarded a creativity course and a pre-incubation program at the Imagine Creativity Center in Silicon Valley, where the young participants will have the opportunity to learn from experts in leading technology and entertainment companies.
Throughout its ten years of existence, the Audicrea Challenge has involved approximately 14,000 students, who have formed over 4,500 teams aimed at addressing social, environmental, and cultural challenges. This competition has established itself as one of the most relevant platforms for promoting young talent in the field of innovation.
The Audicrea Challenge is part of the Audicrea educational platform, which seeks to foster social progress through young talent and innovation. In addition to the competition, the initiative includes the Audicrea Start program, designed to support young entrepreneurs in developing their social initiatives, as well as Audicrea Academy, a space for reflection and debate on educational transformation aimed at educators and professionals in the sector.
