A new and ambitious employment and training program has been launched in Germany for qualified physiotherapists from Spain and other European countries, providing a unique opportunity to develop their careers in a modern and dynamic work environment. This project, managed by TTA Personal, aims to fill 12 vacancies in clinics in various German regions, including Berlin, Bavaria, Saxony, Baden-Württemberg, and North Rhine-Westphalia.
The physiotherapists selected for this program will enjoy a permanent employment contract and will receive an attractive salary ranging from 3,000 to 3,500 euros gross per month. Those who achieve a B2 level of German will be able to benefit from even higher remuneration. In order to facilitate their adaptation, participants will receive a free German course before their relocation, which will allow them to effectively integrate into the new work and cultural environment.
The offered working conditions are highly competitive. Physiotherapists will work in clinics with cutting-edge technology and often offering specializations in areas such as traumatology, sports physiotherapy, pediatrics, pelvic floor, and neurology. Additionally, the program includes opportunities for free ongoing training and support for initial accommodation in Germany.
Economic incentives are also considered through the EURES program, which includes a grant of 1,240 euros to cover moving expenses and up to 2,500 euros for additional German courses, thus facilitating the integration of professionals into their new country.
To be part of this initiative, interested individuals must have a degree in physiotherapy and be Spanish citizens or citizens of another EU country. Although previous experience is not necessary, the motivation of candidates to learn and develop professionally will be positively valued. The online German course will start on February 18, 2025, offering flexible schedules, and job placements are scheduled for June of the same year.
