Grupo Index Launches Innovative Promotion of Efficient and Customized Homes in Móstoles

The Madrid-based company, Grupo Index, has taken a groundbreaking step in the real estate sector with the launch of its new sustainable housing development in Móstoles, named ‘Residencial Atlantis’. This ambitious project includes fifteen attached single-family homes that redefine the concept of living through Carbon-Positive Geosolar® Homes. With the promise of up to 70% savings on electricity and gas bills from the first month, these homes are competitively priced compared to traditional houses.

The locations of these homes have been meticulously chosen, nestled between Benito Pérez Galdós, María Moliner, and Camino de las Carrasquillas streets. Each villa boasts private plots ranging from 155 to 295 square meters, along with avant-garde spaces that include a basement, garage, and an innovative vehicle elevator—all included in the final price.

One of the most innovative features the Geosolar® Homes offer is the ability for complete customization, allowing homeowners to design their living spaces according to their tastes and needs. From the layout of the spaces to the minute details of faucets, carpentry, and siding, each house is unique. This customization is done with the assistance of technicians and architects, ensuring the homes meet current regulations.

Beyond customization, these houses are models of energy efficiency. Using renewable energies such as geothermal and photovoltaic panels, the homes leverage both the heat from the ground and solar energy, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional energy consumption. A heat pump connected to a geothermal system allows for significant savings by benefiting from the constant temperature of the subsoil, which remains between 19 and 23 degrees Celsius throughout the year.

Grupo Index, recognized both nationally and internationally for its innovative solutions in customized and efficient housing, continues to consolidate its leadership in this sector, boasting a track record of around 2,000 homes delivered in the Community of Madrid. This new project reaffirms their commitment to sustainability and to offering housing solutions that adapt to the changing needs of their clients.
