The Valencia International Furniture and Lighting Fair, which will take place from September 28th to October 1st, will become a reference point for Habitat Inspiration, an initiative by Otzarreta that seeks to energize the habitat sector and give visibility to its companies and professionals. During the event, Habitat Inspiration will have a space in the press room of the venue, which will be used as a recording set to produce content and conduct a series of interviews with prominent figures in the sector.
This event is the most important showcase of the Spanish habitat industry, bringing together more than 1,200 brands, a quarter of which are international. The fair covers a wide range of sectors, from furniture and lighting to home textiles and architectural materials, providing a key meeting point for designers, manufacturers, distributors, and specifiers.
With the aim of building a strong network and giving voice to those who are part of this chain, Habitat Inspiration will take advantage of the fair to launch a digital platform in the coming months. This platform will seek to be a continuous space of collaboration, exchange of ideas, and reflection on sector trends. The content generated will include interviews with companies, institutions, and professionals who will share their experience and perspectives on the current state of the habitat.
The initiative, which began in 2022 with the recognition of prominent brands such as Cosentino and Actiu, will continue to develop with face-to-face meetings, such as the one to be held in Bilbao during the Bilbao Bizkaia Design Week, but will also incorporate the creation of this digital platform that will allow permanent and open contact among all industry players.
The support of the Valencia Habitat Fair is considered crucial for Habitat Inspiration in this new stage, providing a valuable opportunity for the strengthening of the sector. Imanol Guesalaga, CEO of Otzarreta and director of Habitat Inspiration, points out that collaboration with an event of such magnitude will be beneficial for the entire habitat value chain. Those interested in participating in this project can register on the Otzarreta website.
