Hipoges Offers More than 1,800 Properties Without Possession for Professional Investors.

Hipoges, a leading asset management firm in Southern Europe, has launched its second campaign of the year focused on the sale of non-possessory assets. This new initiative offers investors more than 1,800 properties, valued at over 180 million euros, of which 89% are residential properties.

The campaign will run from September to the end of November and responds to a growing demand for these types of assets. Most of the properties are located in regions like Catalonia, which accounts for approximately 47 million euros in offerings, followed by Madrid, Murcia, Almería, Seville, and Huelva, which together represent more than 60% of the total available. Additionally, the portfolio includes properties in various autonomous communities such as Castilla-La Mancha, Galicia, the Canary Islands, the Basque Country, Extremadura, the Balearic Islands, and Castilla and León, providing significant geographical diversification.

Hipoges aims to stimulate the market for non-possessory properties with this campaign, a segment that has garnered notable interest in recent years due to its potential for profitability and the ongoing appreciation of residential assets. To support investors in this process, the company has a specialized sales team and has implemented a sales model that enables quick analyses and deal closures.

Daniela Marchesano, Real Estate Director at Hipoges, explained that non-possessory assets with existing rental contracts represent a particularly attractive opportunity in the current context, where housing scarcity and increased demand enhance their value. Marchesano also highlighted that this campaign offers a wide range of assets that, due to their location and characteristics, present high potential for appreciation.

This initiative is part of Hipoges’ strategy to strengthen new marketing channels that facilitate access to these assets. In doing so, the company reaffirms its role as a key player in the market, offering innovative and efficient solutions in such a competitive environment.

Interested parties can explore the entire available offering through the Hipoges website, where they have the opportunity to find options tailored to the needs of each investor. Founded in 2008, Hipoges has established itself as a leading platform in asset management, managing over 48 billion euros in assets across various European countries.
