Iñaki Saltor takes over as President of Saltor Talent Council and transfers the position of Managing Partner to Álvaro Cárcel.

Saltor Talent, a consulting firm recognized for its expertise in executive search and talent strategy, has undergone a significant leadership change with the aim of strengthening its growth and consolidating its presence in the market. This transition comes after a period of expansion where the company has managed to double its revenue in the last three years, reaching 1.8 million euros by the year 2024.

Iñaki Saltor, co-founder and current Managing Partner, will assume the position of Chairman of the Advisory Board. In this new leadership structure, Álvaro Cárcel, who joined the firm as a Partner in 2023, will be the new Managing Partner. This restructuring not only aims to preserve Saltor’s original vision, but also to enhance the firm’s international expansion.

Iñaki Saltor, who founded the company in 2015, expressed his excitement about this new approach, emphasizing that his mission has been to make Saltor Talent one of Spain’s leading executive search firms. Since 2019, the firm has been part of the international network Kennedy, which has allowed them to lead projects in Europe, Latin America, and the United States. Saltor believes that now is the right time to take a step forward and lead the Advisory Board.

Álvaro Cárcel, on the other hand, expressed his excitement about taking on this new challenge. In his statements, he stated that the Saltor Talent team has been working in the right direction to continue growing, and that the support they have received will allow them to offer even more differentiated proposals to their clients.

With over ten years of experience in the sector, Saltor Talent has positioned itself as a key consultant in the executive talent field, assisting both family businesses in their professionalization and internationalization processes and large multinational companies in establishing themselves in the Spanish market. So far, the firm has collaborated with more than 150 clients in 37 countries, thanks to its partnership with Kennedy Executive Search. Their personalized and rigorous approach, coupled with an extensive database of over 20,000 candidates, enables them to provide effective solutions in the field of executive search and strategic talent consulting.
