The BME Scaleup Board of Directors has approved the listing of INBEST GPF III SOCIMI, INBEST GPF IV SOCIMI, and INBEST GPF VIII SOCIMI on the stock market, effective from next Friday, July 5th. This decision was made after analyzing the documentation submitted by the companies and receiving favorable reports from the Market Coordination and Listing Committee.
The Initial Market Access Documents establish that the reference price for trading the shares of these companies will be one euro per share, resulting in an initial capitalization of 12.9 million euros for INBEST GPF III, 55.7 million euros for INBEST GPF IV, and 19.8 million euros for INBEST GPF VIII. The companies will be listed under the trading codes “SCIG3”, “SCIG4”, and “SCIG8”, respectively, with Deloitte Auditores as the registered advisor.
These companies are mainly dedicated to the acquisition and management of mixed-use real estate assets in prime areas of the main cities of the Iberian Peninsula. The Initial Market Access Documents for the three companies are available for consultation on the BME Scaleup website.
The BME Scaleup market is aimed at scaleups, that is, companies with a proven business model and in a phase of accelerated growth for at least three years, with a minimum turnover or investment of one million euros. This market offers transparency to investors and simplifies the listing requirements, which also attracts SMEs, SOCIMIs, and family businesses looking for a first contact with capital markets.
Among the advantages of listing on BME Scaleup are the ability to boost growth with funds for financing, greater prestige and brand visibility, the possibility to expand the investor base, facilities for inorganic growth, and an easier way to attract and retain talent. To list, companies must be public limited companies, have a board of directors, have a registered advisor, and publish their audited annual accounts. It is not necessary to have a liquidity provider or meet a minimum free float requirement. BME Scaleup already has 14 Registered Advisors.
