Initial access to BME Scaleup by Inbest GPF VI and Inbest GPF VII.

The Market and Listings Coordination Committee has announced that the companies INBEST GPF VI SOCIMI and INBEST GPF VII SOCIMI meet the requirements to join the BME Scaleup market. With the inclusion of these two entities, there are now 17 companies that have filed an Initial Access Document (DIAM) in this BME market.

The Boards of Directors of INBEST GPF VI and INBEST GPF VII have set the initial price of their shares at one euro per share, resulting in an initial capitalization of 3.6 and 5 million euros, respectively. Deloitte Auditors acts as the Registered Advisor for both companies.

The main activity of these two companies is the acquisition and management of mixed-use real estate assets in privileged areas of the main cities of the Iberian Peninsula. The Initial Access Documents for the Market of both companies are available on the BME Scaleup website, where all the details about their businesses and operations can be consulted.

BME Scaleup is a new market primarily aimed at scaleups: companies with a solid business model, in a phase of accelerated growth for at least three years, and with a minimum turnover of one million euros or equivalent investment. In addition to providing necessary transparency to investors and simplifying incorporation requirements, this market is open to SMEs, SOCIMIs, and family businesses seeking their first connection to capital markets.

Companies listed on BME Scaleup can benefit from several advantages, such as funding for growth, increased prestige and brand visibility, expanding their investor base, and easier recruitment and retention of talent. To be listed on this market, a company must be a corporation, have a board of directors, be accompanied by a registered advisor in the market, and publish their audited annual accounts. It is not necessary to have a liquidity provider or meet a minimum free float requirement.

Currently, BME Scaleup has 14 Registered Advisors, highlighting the interest and commitment to this growing market.
