Installation of 1,334 Solar Panels with Solar360: Efficiency and Comfort Within Reach.

The machinery rehabilitation plant Reviver, located in Villamañán, León, has started an innovative energy self-consumption project that positions it as a leader in sustainability within the sector. With over 200,000 square meters, this facility has the capacity to revitalize over 3,000 machines annually, a challenge that involves not only logistical complexity but also a high energy consumption.

Julio Caamaño, technical director of Reviver, has emphasized the importance of this transition to renewable energies, indicating that sustainability is an essential strategic axis for the company. “In this facility, it makes a lot of sense because it is a center of circular economy and, therefore, it also makes a lot of sense for it to be energetically self-sufficient,” commented Caamaño.

To carry out this project, Reviver has chosen Solar360, a joint venture between Repsol and Telefónica, whose collaboration provides significant confidence to the partners involved. “The deal with Solar360 starts with Telefónica, which opens the door to greater trust and a fairly direct and daily deal,” Caamaño noted regarding the collaboration.

The installation of a total of 1,334 solar panels has proven to be a highly positive experience for the Reviver team. Caamaño has valued the support of Solar360 throughout the process, highlighting that “we have felt accompanied and very comfortable.” The project execution has proceeded smoothly, allowing Reviver to operate normally and without additional stress.

Additionally, the economic competitiveness of the project has been a crucial aspect in the decision to collaborate with Solar360. “Obviously there are reasons of price and economically they have also been competitive,” added Caamaño.

Solar360 is consolidating as a key player in the energy transition in Spain, offering personalized solutions in solar energy. Projects like Reviver’s demonstrate the company’s ability to carry out installations efficiently and effectively, contributing to the advancement of sustainability in the corporate world. Reviver’s positive experience with Solar360 could become a model to follow for other companies seeking to incorporate sustainable practices into their operations.
