In a context where the traditional economy is facing significant challenges, an innovative solution has emerged in Spain: the SACO application. This new project, led by entrepreneurs Llorenç Sansó and Kazuhiro Tajima Pozo, allows users to exchange skills for time, without the use of money. With this model, SACO is presented as a viable alternative that promotes collaboration and sharing knowledge.
The application, which will be launched in May 2025 on major platforms, will allow users to offer a variety of services, from language classes to technical or creative assistance. Users who offer their skills will receive “minutes” that will be stored in their profile, which they can later use to access services from other community members. This approach not only encourages the exchange of skills, but also creates a sense of community and mutual support among participants.
“We have to take advantage of what we know how to do to generate real value. Not everyone has money, but everyone has time and something to offer,” says Sansó, referring to the philosophy that underpins the application. Complementing this vision, Tajima Pozo, who has over ten years of experience in sectors where human talent is crucial, emphasizes the importance of building an accessible and fair collaboration network for everyone.
SACO promotes a circular economy model, where services can be exchanged at no cost. To ensure the sustainability of the platform, options will also be offered to acquire additional minutes or premium subscriptions, opening up new opportunities in areas such as education and professional development.
The platform is designed to attract a wide variety of users, including students, freelancers, retirees, and people looking for new job opportunities. They will all be able to learn and share knowledge without facing economic costs.
During its launch, SACO will offer early access accounts with free minutes for the first users who register, with the goal of receiving feedback and validating the application’s functionalities.
Those interested in learning more about SACO can visit its website or its Instagram profile. With this new tool, the exchange of skills becomes an accessible opportunity for all, turning time into a resource of true value.
