The Market Coordination and Listings Committee has determined that INBEST GPF III SOCIMI, INBEST GPF IV SOCIMI, and INBEST GPF VIII SOCIMI meet the necessary requirements for inclusion in BME Scaleup, bringing the total number of companies that have filed an Initial Access Document in this market to ten.
The Boards of Directors of INBEST GPF III, INBEST GPF IV, and INBEST GPF VIII have set a reference price of one euro per share for the start of trading, resulting in an initial capitalization of 12.9 million euros, 55.7 million euros, and 19.8 million euros respectively. Deloitte Auditores will act as Registered Advisor for these companies.
These three companies are primarily engaged in the acquisition and management of mixed-use real estate assets located in prime areas of the main cities of the Iberian Peninsula. The Initial Access Documents for INBEST GPF III, INBEST GPF IV, and INBEST GPF VIII are available on the BME Scaleup website, where all relevant information about these companies and their businesses can be consulted.
BME Scaleup is designed for scaleups and other companies seeking their first contact with capital markets. Scaleups must have a proven business model, be in a rapid growth phase for at least three years, with minimum revenues of one million euros and/or a minimum investment of the same amount. This market provides the necessary transparency for investors and simplifies the listing requirements, and is also open to SMEs, SOCIMIs, and family businesses.
The advantages of listing on BME Scaleup include the ability to drive growth through financing, enhance brand prestige and visibility, expand the investor base, promote inorganic growth, and attract and retain talent more easily. To list on this market, a company must be a public limited company, have a board of directors, be accompanied by a registered advisor, and publish audited annual accounts. There is no requirement for a liquidity provider or a minimum free float.
