Inviam Group celebrates its tenth anniversary and plans to double its business in seven years.

Grupo Inviam, the Spanish company specialized in the rental of safety deposit boxes, is celebrating its tenth anniversary reaffirming itself as a leader in the sector of protecting valuable objects, such as jewelry and important documents. Since its inception, the company has experienced a steady annual growth of 27%, providing service to thousands of customers looking for secure and accessible storage without the need for banks.

With a capacity of 4,400 boxes in high-security facilities, Grupo Inviam stands out for its flexible and affordable business model, offering rates starting from one euro per day and extended hours of operation. David Sacristán, CEO and co-founder of the company, points out that the idea of starting this business came from identifying the lack of private companies in Spain dedicated to renting safety deposit boxes.

Inviam’s leasing model allows customers to rent boxes for variable periods, from one month to one year, in addition to the option of insuring their objects up to a value of 250,000 euros. The company has been profitable since its second year and has maintained a commitment to rate stability for the past decade.

Looking towards the future, Grupo Inviam has ambitious plans to double its business in the next seven years, driven by an increase in distrust towards banking institutions and a change in consumer preferences. Sacristán mentions that approximately 10% of their customers have maintained their contract since the beginning, highlighting satisfaction with customer service and ongoing service improvements. This growth has been fueled by the growing interest in investment and asset protection, especially in economic crisis contexts.

In terms of security, Grupo Inviam continues to invest in advanced technology. Their facilities have grade 8 vaults and grade 4 access protocols, surpassing the minimum security regulations requirements. They also incorporate biometric identification and facial recognition systems, continuous surveillance, and alarms connected to response centers.

This year, the company has moved its headquarters to Calle Puerto Rico, in the Hispanoamerica district of Madrid. The new location, chosen for its accessibility and convenience, will allow Grupo Inviam to continue offering optimal and private service to its customers. With a solid team that has been with the company since its beginnings, Inviam is preparing for a new chapter of expansion and development in the private security sector.
