Technology consulting firm Izertis is advancing in its international expansion with the acquisition of a new European company: Swiss Digiswit. The IT consulting company, based in Geneva, is the second international integration made this year after the British Projecting, following the roadmap set in the 2027 Strategic Plan that focuses on the markets of Europe and North America. With Digiswit, Izertis reinforces its presence in Switzerland in the pharmaceutical, financial, industrial, and food sectors, and incorporates new and important European clients.
Founded in 2021, Digiswit offers IT consulting services, specialized in IT-4-IT Support, system integration, and Legal Tech solutions. The company’s experience extends across luxury, sports, and maritime transportation sectors. It closed 2023 with a turnover of over 2 million euros and will bring a team of 28 people to Izertis.
“We continue with our strong international expansion focused on the main markets of Europe and North America, allowing us to reach some of Switzerland’s most important clients, as well as strengthen our presence in sectors strongly represented in that country such as pharmaceutical, financial, food, and industrial,” says Izertis CEO and President, Pablo Martín.

Izertis’ 2027 Strategic Plan aims to achieve 250 million euros in revenue and 33 million Ebitda by the end of that year. Along with international expansion, the main focus is on brand recognition, advancement in differentiation, and the leap into the continuous market (trading on the BME Growth since November 2019).
