Konecta has recently been recognized with one of the SERES 2025 Awards, an honor that highlights its commitment to social inclusion and sustainable employability through its Foundation. The goal of this project is to promote the employability of young people and vulnerable groups in sectors linked to ecological transition and sustainability.
Since its launch in 2021, the Green Employment Hub has reached over 2,800 people, offering 785 personalized training paths and achieving 178 job placements in positions with future potential. Additionally, eight entrepreneurship workshops have been held, where more than 100 participants have been trained in sustainable self-employment.
