More than 200 people gathered last Thursday at the Casa de Burgos, in Madrid, to attend the Fortius 2024 Awards gala, an event organized by the Spanish Association of Experts in Customer Relationship (AEERC) with the aim of recognizing the most outstanding professionals in the field of customer service. This was the 17th edition of the awards, which presented a challenge to the jury due to the abundance of candidates.
Out of over 96 proposals, 23 finalists were selected and awards were given to seven winners from 17 companies. Among the participating companies, Konecta stood out particularly, as it managed to have six of its professionals nominated, becoming the company with the most finalists in this edition.
Among the Konecta laureates, Laura Cabezas González was awarded as Best Platform Manager and Carmen Santos Posada received the award for Best Sales Agent. Mª José Quel, on the other hand, took second place in the Fortius Spirit category.
