Kydemy, the Valencian startup specializing in the development of management software for schools and artistic academies, is going through a decisive moment in its trajectory. The company has reported a notable growth of 40% in its sales volume during the year 2024 and has outlined ambitious plans to expand in 2025, including entering the British market and increasing its presence in Latin America.
Since its creation in 2018 and under the leadership of Fran Grau, CEO and CTO, Kydemy has maintained the objective of providing quality software solutions to schools and art and culture academies globally. Over these seven years, the platform has managed to capture 80% of its client portfolio in Spain, and has extended its influence to countries such as Mexico, France, Portugal, Chile, Uruguay, and Ecuador.
Digitalization has taken on a crucial role, especially since the pandemic, which has highlighted the need for digital tools for the competitiveness of small businesses. A recent survey revealed that three out of four entrepreneurs in Spain consider that these solutions have allowed them to reduce costs and improve their positioning in the market.
Kydemy’s offering focuses on providing a comprehensive management solution that includes a CRM system tailored to the specific needs of artistic schools and academies. This approach allows centers to optimize their daily operations, saving time and resources, enabling them to focus on offering quality education.
Looking towards 2025, Kydemy plans to grow both in the United Kingdom and Argentina, markets where its offering is expected to be highly competitive due to the significant presence of the artistic sector. Fran Grau has pointed out that the company has received a cash injection aimed at facilitating its expansion in these countries, where art and culture are essential to their economies.
Kydemy’s strategy includes hiring staff with experience in these new markets, as well as investments in advertising and digital marketing. The startup continues to innovate its software, incorporating new features such as a student evaluation system, attendance registration through QR codes, and digital signature integration, all aimed at improving academy management.
With steady growth since its inception, Kydemy is now preparing for a new cycle of expansion. The company aims to solidify itself as a comprehensive solution and bring its innovative model to new markets, benefiting the artistic community around the world.
